Q.
hi doc my baby is 3 months today. and he is about 6.4 kg now. In a week he is gaining around 300-400gms. he is mostly on formula. I give breast feeding may be 100 ml a day. I am not lactating much. he wants around 100ml per feeding session. I am worried about his rapid weight gain. he was born premature with 2.4 kg birth weight.

Its Absolutely okay if your child is gaining good weight see your child already has the more than double the birth weight as of now your child is in a very healthy category somewhere you can be concerned about the weight gain but as of now you cannot do anything so just continue feeding the child in the similar manner
