doctor mere baby ko 6 weeks ka vaccine leye one month ho gaya h avi second vaccine ka time ho gaya h but kuch dino se mere baby k hand me jaha wo vaccine leya tha waha ye red ho k ful gaya h ...Me baby ko coconut oil se massage krti hu.but ye starting se nahi tha avi kuch din pehle hua h ..kya karu ? ..

Don’t try to scratch or treat.
Wipe it with some saline water and leave it open to drain. There is no need to apply any cream
