doc is it ok pick up things on ground while carrying a 7 month baby on hip by bending down

A. Yes you can but make sure that whenever you bend down you certainly should be bending your knees do not bend down straight as it can pull up the nerve sometime so make sure that your posture is correct whenever you’re bending down to pick up something
