No we don’t suggest you to use diapers on 24 x 7 as it can lead to excessive rashes and sometimes fungal infection into the diaper region so if you want to use it use it change it every 4 to 6 hours try to keep it open for at least one hour diaper and nappy free time if you can manage and then you use it and regularly use Boroline antiseptic cream to avoid these issues
