Do i need to warm my breastmilk to body temperature before giving to baby as nowdays in winters it becomes cold at room temperature even if kept out for 15 mins

A. hi parent, it is true that it gets cold, very quickly when kept out, but heating the milk results in destruction of proteins whatever present in breast milk,so avoid warming breast milk
