do babies facial hair and body hair which is there from birth goes on its own? if that so till which month it will go?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 months old now hairs on body of young babies are protective in nature and they fall off thier own without any active treatment but no fixed age when they shall disappear

Yes , usually these hair will fade with the passage of time.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
You may use baajra and besan flour mixed with milk to make her bath
