Hello mom almost inki diet 3 main meals and two times snacks diya ja saktha hai, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables bahut important for immunity building as woh main source hai vitamin’s and minerals k aur saath mein tulsi water ,home made kadha , haldi milk or Turmeric milk, dry fruits , different variety of dals, whole grains etc
