A. ..you can apply T-bact twice a day. Keep the diaper area open for major part of the day. If you use cloth nappies,ensure that you remove it the minute its wet or soiled. if u r feeding avoid spicy food

A. good morning it is advisable to make sure that you are giving some diaper free time to your child everyday it will help to make sure the child is not having any pain or irritation or redness in the rectum
