Diet plan after c section is just as same as the one after normal delivery
Have a healthy and nutritious diet
Go for small and frequent meals
Include daliya, milk, fresh fruits , dry fruits, oats, ragi, green vegetables, sprouts, methidana, jeera, ajwain, saunf, ginger, garlic, flaxseeds, paneer in the diet as they help to increase milk supple as well as quality of milk
Avoid excess intake of ghee and sugar
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. have more fruits and veggies. Have juices frequently. Have plenty of water too. Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. All foods you can have post delivery. There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water. Avoid green tea or other heat related foods. Rest all foods you can have.
