Do not. Eat large meals
As the pregnancy advances the growing uterus puts pressure on your stomach which might cause digestive issues
Do not she late dinner .. have a early dinner and u can have milk or some dry fruits at bed time
Include fruits and vegetables in the diet
Have protein with every meal
Avoid too spicy and oily food
If not on bed rest n can walk walk for 10 mins post lunch and dinner
