A. green vegetables, fruits , you can increase fibre intake it can help in digestion

A. Have 1 egg per day and 2 glasses of milk which gives you sufficient protein to you and you baby.instead of drinking juice have a whole fruits which is more nutritious.have spinach and nuts.avoid deep fried oil foods and junk foods.

A. Small frequent meals contains fresh fruits, vegetables, healthy fats and fibres to prevent constipation. Avoid oily and spicy food.

A. Hello mam Have small and frequent meals Do not. Eat large meals As the pregnancy advances the growing uterus puts pressure on your stomach which might cause digestive issues Do not she late dinner .. have a early dinner and u can have milk or some dry fruits at bed time Include fruits and vegetables in the diet Have protein with every meal Avoid too spicy and oily food If not on bed rest n can walk walk for 10 mins post lunch and dinner

A. hello no restriction with what food you can have and you ca have al healthy and nutritious homemade food in the diet and you have fruits vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits whicg are all HEALTHY and nutritious for the child growth
