As you’ve been taking care of yourself till now that’s about it just that I would say since eight months is very tricky take proper rest eat well because kids also pick up good and during this time so for last number of weeks that you’re remaining to your delivery you should really eat well do at least thousand to 1500 steps comfortably per day and try and have more of proteins and fluids in the diet
