morning options: dry fruit or nuts milk, upma, Idli, dosa, stuffed paratha, porridge
later: fruit
lunch: roti soaked in dal and vegetable , soft dal rice with vegetables, curd rice, vegetable daliya, vegetable khichadi
later: milk, fruit
evening: finger foods like vegetables cutlets, bread with peanut butter, cucumber sticks, fruit
dinner : any items like lunch
avoid highly mashed and blender foods as child will not learn to eat resulting in future feeding problems.

as your child is 11 months old,you can offer semisolid food thrice in a day.
offer different food items from different food groups like vegetables fruit nuts pulses beans dairy products etc.
so keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
