Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Avoid using diapers till the rashes are cured. Wash clean dry the area apply some coconut oil on the affected area and expose to air for some time and also apply some baby powder on the affected area to keep the skin dry. Don't sprinkle put some on your hands and apply. Maintain hygiene. Change the diaper after every 4 to 5 hours or if soiled and apply coconut oil before using the diaper give some diaper free time to the baby after every change use correct size
