Q.
delivery through c.-sec and after that i hav left hip(pelvic region ) pain sometimes it will radiated thigh to knee only in left side. even after 1.5year still i am facing it.is that anything to concern? to whom i should consult?

Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
Do some stretching exercises gradually
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
If no relief see a orthopedic
