Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. If you had a C-section delivery than this could be due to epidural given into this fine I would advise you to consult and export and start doing bank related yoga that’s going to be helpful and also used and keep hot water bottle or heat pad occasionally
