A. six, months. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. c section ke 4-6 months ke baad aap exercises start kr skte hai start with brisk walking first then yoga and low intense exercise gradually increase the intensity take care of your diet
