Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods.
