Hi.. after after delivery to have a healthy weight loss it is very important for you to watch your diet eliminate all the simple sugar food and high calorie foods like lots of ghee and nuts from your diet make sure you are exclusively breastfeeding your child for first six months new can incorporate some exercise in your routine like brisk walking
