A. for weight loss eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. don't store or buy junk. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources like eggs, beans, pulses low fat milk and milk products. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle.
