Dear team pls suggest me tips to maintain boobs shape during breastfeeding. pls advice.

See while breast feeding it is difficult to maintain proper shape but you can start some basic execise to boobs in shape. first of all you should maintain proper hydration also for homeremedies gently massage boobs with coconut oil or badam rogan shreen in circular motion.
