dear sir/madam, now am 36week pregnant.. from last 4days am talking 6units of insulin for pre diabetic.. but my sugar level not under control so now am taking 8units insulin... is it safe to my baby and me??? before food 83mg/dl after food 150mg/dl

A. please increase dose. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okYou can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment
