Teething could be happening with your child and I think it is mostly associated with the loose motions are there in the child is becoming dull and all because sometimes kids really suffer a lot during this time they have fever they have loose motions and sometimes the body becomes dull because of lack of appetite with what you are mentioning is mostly indicating towards that only
