Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessivbree of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

Your baby is more than one year old so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan. Because there are no food restrictions now so you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day. You should start giving banana shake every morning it will help in increasing babies weight
