Dear doctors, please share the ratio to make walnut n almond power for my kid of 4 yr 10.

A. Dear mum ideally you should try that the child should have the nuts as whole or small pieces (like adults) instead of powder this will create healthy eating behaviour you can include 4 to 5 pieces of almond and one walnut for the child in a day
