Q.
Dear Doctor,, My spouse is around 37 weeks with baby weight above 3 kgs and EDD 02.01.2021.still she is not getting a labour pain. Our dr told that since baby weight more,delivery may be happened earlier. Pls confirm whether the delivery around 37 weeks will be normal and it will be safe for mom n baby.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. another two weeks time will it take for labour pains Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom It can come at any day so you should not worry about it at all. Delivery can be done from 37 to 40 weeks. So you should not worry about it at all. You should just try to give daily routine food and just follow the instructions given by a doctor and don’t take any medication till it is not advised by
