Dear Doctor, Is having shatavari an ayurvedic herb as 8 month pregnent have any side effects ? Can you suggest some pregnency friendly suppliments Thank you

A. i hi. it is, safe to have sgatavari in later stage of pregnency if taken in asviced amount. it helps to balance hormones, support lactatikn post pregnancy. o k
