Dear Doctor , I am a mother of 2years old daughter. After delivery my skin became mora dall and tan.My skin is very dry. Suggest some face wash and moisturizer.

You need to consult a dermatologist.
Although skin changes do happen after pregnancy,they usually resolve by one year post delivery.
Vitamin e based skin moisturizer will be better
