Q.

dear doc ,what can be done to increase breast milk quantity for growing baby.?..on my baby's demand I will have to feed atleast for once with formula milk other than breast milk..my baby is of 70days old now

A. hi mother's milk is best food for a child. so please stick to breastfeeding. there is no need of formula. to increase your breastmilk supply ,you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk. offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced. ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day. because a good urine output indicates that your child is getting enough milk.
