Dear Doc, ull My 2 years 2 months old son is suffering from loose bowl moments and he lost his complete appetite,he is not Willing to eat anything.used enuff sachets,of syrup, wat I'm doing is keeping hydrated. can u please suggest something

give liquid like coconut water, buttermilk, soup, fresh fruits like apple or pomegranate juice etc more.
you can give ors and nimbupani too.
