dear doc i have my first c section on dec 12-2021, iam breast feeding mother till now my period was not came after delivary my bleeding was stopped 1 st week of April please give me some suggestion

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very normal after delivery due to hormonal changes. Few moms get their periods while breastfeeding and few don’t get even after an year. Consult your doctor for evaluation and seek further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
