Q.

daily foods chart. One banana 100 GM's of fish 300-350 ml of milk one egg one spoon of grind dried nuts (kaju, almond and walnut. two times rice with dal water/ seasonal vegetables 150- 300 ml of water. my queries is that, is it enough nutritional value for 2 years old baby boy?

A. Hi, you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. Like rice Sambar, curries. Include different type of pulses, fruits also in the diet. Give five solid feed in a day. Try to reduce the quantity of the milk to 250 ML with this you can give buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice, water also. Include breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, evening snacks, dinner. All these should be solid and in between that you can give liquids.Write Your Answer Here
