daily curry mixing rice is good for health or rasam intake is better

A. both are equally good. you can give one day rasam,one day curd, one day curry , one day dal with rice . like wise you may keep rotating menu all the best.

A. Hello good morning !! Curry with rice or roti is preferred for good fibre and vitamin intake along with carbohydrates(rice). Rasam occasionally is ok as it might contain tamarind helps in digestion when you give heavy foods like non vegetarian,egg. Include dal by adding leafy veggies and veggies or as kichdi in some meals to meet the balanced nutrition.
