A. Foods to avoid while breastfeeding gassy babies include cabbage, broccoli, onions, cauliflower, beans and/or Brussels sprouts. These may unsettle your little one's tummy, even in some cases causing colicky symptoms. Some moms find that cutting out dairy and caffeine can also help reduce baby's discomfort.you need to avoid citrus fruits and their juices at all costs. Citrus fruits include fruits like lime, kiwi fruits, strawberries, pineapples, oranges, and grapes. Many-a-time, citrus fruits lend a pungent flavor to your breast milk.
