Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.
about half katori per meal about 3 meals per day.

Three meals , two small bowls , which should include any two items from the below given groups of foods.
1 soups : tomato , drumsticks , moong , daal paani etc
2. probiotics : fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc
3. meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits
4. semi solids like daliya khichdi upma sheet
