A. This can occur due to some infection or some times due to climate changes and temperature variations around child. For cold / running nose give syp Maxtra 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) For productive coughing give syp ascoril ls 5ml twice daily Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. Indirect steam help in decreasing couzghing For fever and pain give paracetamol Give warm water to drink Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per dxay.

A. good afternoon it is never advisable to use any medicine without showing to the doctor I would recommend you to try to visit your pediatrician for the proper examination and then use the prescribed medicine
