A. post c section you ca eat mango in moderate amount.. eat high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach, sprouts. n lots of water n

A. Hello dear parent, yes of course you can eat mango. There is no problem with mango now or before. So eat. Also mango is a season AL fruit it is rich in vitamin A, if are a breast feeding mom then it is good for baby too.
