Cerlac is good or bad for babies

swagatikaMom of 3 children4 years agoA. Once in a while you can give it to your baby in case of emergency but not always. As it is a processed food it is not advisable for baby. Best is homemade fresh food.

It is not considered very healthy for babies but you can start giving it. Rather than this now your baby is six months old so you can start giving solids and water. In the starting few days give everything in a fluids form like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit puree. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan
