Can you tell me which is the best pill to use to increase breast milk or if I see a paediatrician can he prescribe medicine for lactation boosting?

You can try using Shatavari powder that’s a very good option otherwise you can take fenugreek capsules they are also supposed to be very good but apart from that try to do some better diet modification to ensure mood of liquid into your everyday diet also along with that I would recommend you that you should go ahead with including more of proteins into your every day diet which is what is going to be helpful
