Can you tell me the foods to increase breast milk.When I start exercise and yoga after c section delivary .

A. Hai good evening !! For increasing breastmilk supply have lactating foods in regular diet. More water, milk, dairy products, rusk, Bread toast, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema garlic milk, fennel seeds, saunf water. Give direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces. It takes 5-6 months to recover from C-Section delivery. Consult your Gynaecologist and ask suggestion on workouts, exercises after physical examination doctor will suggest you exercises,yoga asanas.
