Can you provide us a Proper diet chart for my baby

A. Soft, mashed and hygienically prepared foods should be given to your baby. You can begin with porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. later mashed paneer. consistency of food should be like that of ghee. avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption. start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day. give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food Initially give after a breastfeed, or between two feeds; later give as breakfast, lunch ,dinner continue to breastfeed

A. Hi mommy Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Give adequate water Maintain hydration
