it is best to serve Homemade nutritious diet.
you must include green veggies, citrus fruits, nuts,dry fruits, pulses , dairy products etc in your child diet.
keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
give Massage with Babyhug massage oil which will help to strengthen your child immunity.
give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
