include protein rich diet ,dry fruits, seasonal fruits ,3-4 ltr liquid like juice water buttermilk in your daily diet. Take walk every day after your meal . You can do few excersie under your gynecologist observation. Try to be active in your pregnancy journey it will help your body to flexible at the time of delivery.
These things i followed in my pregnancy and I had normal delivery. And stay positive and relax enjoy your all 9 months don't take to much stress.
