can we have daily around 150gm of oats to loose weight has I make smoothies for 2times 75gm per time with some fruits plz suggest me I m taking 2times smoothies for breakfast nd dinner

A. Yes you can have,Phase 1: Eat oatmeal for three meals for one week. Eat whole oats instead of instant oats. You can add some fruits to oats during this phase. Phase 2: During the second week, you need to eat oats for at least one or two meals in a day with healthy low-fat options for the rest of the meals.
