hello doctor shall I give my son oats in lunch daily wether its heavy to stomach for giving daily plz suggest me bcoz his weight is not gaining properly as per age

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also oats are not helpful in gaining weight and the this age please avoid as it film the baby stomach for long period. give baby home. made food and give babybsome desi ghee in dal and vegetables.
