Q.

hey pls...give me more option for baby lunch my baby is 19m.old n...m feeding her rice all types of veggies khichdi Dalia....oats sabudana poha.....but still daily m confused what to give......can I give here khichdi daily.....in lunch.....

A. dear mum now your child is above 1 year so child should be given all family foods the way prepared in the house this will not only provide a balanced diet with variety of food groups but also help in healthy eating habits

A. hello there is no restriction with what food you can give your child and you can try to give your child everything that you prepare for the family and make it more healthy and nutritious by adding fruits and vegetables and gree lfy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products which can help in the growth of the child and nothing to worry about
