Can we give carom seed (ajwain) water to children during summer?

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist22 hours agoA. dear mum, it is not required to give ajwain water to your 4 years old child. you can give plain water to maintain the hydration of the child. if urine is light yellow or colourless then hydration is good.
