By 1 year, baby should be taking 3 meals + 1 or 2 snacks.
Give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form.Porridges should not be watery. It should be thick enough not to fall off the spoon. Food should be less spicy and sweet.

diet plan..
7am a cup of milk
9am breakfast as poha cheela idli upma suji halwa dosa uthapam cornflakes chocos..
11am any fruit as papaya pear sapota apple banana
1.30pm lunch as dal rice and sabji, raita and salad
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
10pm a cup of milk..
