Q.

Can we feed cerelac rice or curd to 4.5 month old baby??? Mother in law asking over the call to do this again & again. Acc to her ( as she is ayurveda’s doc, practised 20 years back) its right time to start..what to be done???

A. dear mum. I think it's, too early to introduce complementary food. WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for their first 6 month of age.

A. Hello dear parent, it would be better if you wait for bBy to complete 6 months to begin with semi solid diet. Although many people give some or the other thing to eat by 5th month of age. Else must ask the do tor too.
