can I start to feed my baby with nestum rice or cerelac he is 5 months 3 days old now

A. hello it would be better if you can wait till the baby complete 6 months and then you can start your child with semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and also nestem can be given for the baby and absolutely nothing to worry and not a problem
