my 15 months old baby likes to eat curd rice at night time before sleeping, is it healthy or not? and she is on breast feeding till now, my mother-in-law says dont give curd rice while breast feed,

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Not sure about any connection between breastfeeding and curd rice. But, there is no problem in giving curd rice to your child at nights. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Curd and buttermilk are good for digestion and child’s gut health. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Good luck and take care
